Today’s talking and teaching, on what matters, is this: Why eating breakfast is good for you. Do you have breakfast, each morning?
1 – Eat breakfast, as it is good for your mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health and wellbeing.
2 – Explore as you eat, as going through this learning about yourself, will help you to realize what food you are willing to buy and eat, which will help to see you through.

Picture this, you have woken up, and you know that the day’s conditions are perfect for doing a load of laundry that you just have to sort and then spin in the washing machine. Not related … but hear me out, I am getting there. Are you still with me? Good! So, once you have sorted out the laundry, it is time to load your body up with breakfast. Such as what you see in the photo above: fruit, along with some toast and a cuppa of something, (such as tea or coffee). Now, to maintain good health and wellbeing, make it your goal, as I do mine, to eat breakfast as your laundry is being washed. This is what will help you with my teaching point number one.
Explore as you eat, as going through this learning about yourself, will help you to realize what food you are willing to buy and eat, which will help to see you through.
There is a reason that the fruit you are seeing, is there, especially the bananas. This is because not only are they not expensive to buy, but if you pick carefully enough, you can get a bunch (of bananas) that look appetizing, so you will eat them, but that same bunch, (hint count to the 7 days) will save you time and money, as you will have fruit to last you up to a week! (Seven days). By engaging yourself with this learning, about you, managing your overwhelm will be easy.
You will know where to start. With the fruit (like the bananas) that you like the most. The next thing to explore is to see what those around you eat and see if they are open to sharing. If and when they are, take the opportunity to learn about the different types of fruit there is possible. Such as the other fruit you see on the plate, like the apple, the grapes, and the lemon. For example, I like eating the slice of lemon, (that always comes with the sushi) I can buy from the local sushi shop. And even though not there, I also like to slice a pear into quarters. These things I learned about myself, (like a kid) through exploration. And again, like with the bananas, count the days that you think you are likely to eat the fruit. For example, I go for four days, and 6 days.
By knowing where to start, with breakfast, you are giving your brain the food (such as breakfast) it needs to help you think and do (the small action steps). When you take small action steps, overwhelm will be overcome.
More clarity in completing tasks.
So to recap today’s talk on what matters:
Eat breakfast, as it is good for your mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health, and well-being.
Explore as you eat, as going through this learning about yourself, will help you to realize what food you are willing to buy and eat, which will help to see you through.
