My story
Writing for people is all about people and there are four elements to consider
Because it comes down to engagement
My refuge in dealing with any stress that I have had, and still do have in my life, is all about my writing, and what I write. Then I share the work, like now, with the world, with the intention of helping others, and myself. This is by way of vocalizing what is on my mind. This helps me to manage my matters. My hope is that, sharing what is on my mind, will help you to clear yours.
But here is the thing when it comes to writing, anything, anywhere, for anyone. You have to be polite! This means watching your language. Literally. You cannot just say whatever comes to your mind, you have to find another way, a nicer way of expressing what it is that you want to say.
Not only will your work not get read by the right people or by anyone at all, but you will get reported. My business, knowing and ability, is all about this. Building the basics of knowing&ability is a program/curriculum that I have created, for the purpose of helping people know how language is formed and formatted for the purposes of learning to then be able to communicate and connect.
The next element to consider is passion. I have had a passion for helping others since I was a child. And I knew what it was that I wanted for the right people, just like now to know, and be able to do. The first part of that equation is, just like now, engagement.
For someone to want to know how to learn, and then be able, the teacher or tutor has to know and be able to get the learner engaged in wanting an education. This starts with the teacher’s passion for the profession. My desire for this profession came about because the teachers that I had during my early and middle years of learning were not very good at getting me to engage in wanting to be educated to start with. So for me, passion with engagement is neccessary.
It is not hard to see how passionate someone is in what they do. This shows in the way the person talks or writes. The person talking, and or writing about it, might get really passionate as they communicate their message. My message to you is, to plan in steps, by jotting your words down in pieces, as I am, and then talk about it. My reasoning for this is you will know and be able, to engage at a better level, because of your learning to think before you speak.
This is all about persistence, as you plan. My work with creating a curriculum around the learning of literacy, numeracy, speech and skill ability, has taken me on a path to a profession I never saw coming. But is aligned with my belief of talking. Talking matters. And why does talking matter, you may be asking?
Talking helps you and the person in which you are talking to, solve problems, that you and the other person are having problems with. By talking your problems out, you find solutions within yourself and for another person. You are doing this, through the sharing of ideas. This is why persistence with engagement is a must. Even though frustration might set in, talking still matters. And the reason it matters, is talking helps every individual manage their matters.
For an individual to learn to manage his or her matters, this is about mental health combined with learning to find the right words to say, without offending anyone, and it is for this reason that the last element with engagement is patience. Being patient with anyone, allows for an honest relationship to start flowing, and finish at the right time, for each individual to go ahead and get on with their own thing.
So, just in case you missed the four elements of engagement, here they are again:
Being polite is the first one. You cannot just open your mouth and get vocal however way you please. You have to plan in steps, before you speak.
I know, I know that you being passionate about something is what makes a conversation lively! But aim to educate and entertain, so that engagement happens!
Go for feedback when the conversation seems like it is going well. That will help you to persist, by practicing what you want to say and do, by participating, with life!
And finally, when you are interacting with another person, be patient. Be patient also with yourself. This one will always come down to emotional intellect. Not everyone has this knowledge, but you will find a content center of inspiration – through poems on pictures, in my membership, of how to learn about someone’s opinion on life’s matters. Whatever the opinion, be open, be patient, and be aware
