Because I ran my cleaning business from home, and I wasn’t always working, I had time to do the laundry, which helped me to feel cool, and get to work on time. Doing this allowed me to gain trust.

The client is Chris (his real name). Chris wanted a regular, reliable, cleaner, who responded to an advert that I put online, that went something like this.
Every month, I would do as I said I would do, and that is, go to Chris’s place and provide a service for him, in which I would also provide the products and the equipment – in behaving in this way, I earned trust, and a cleaning contract that would last me more than ten years.
I maintained this cleaning work, because, trust inspires, and the weeks that I was not working out of my home, I would work in and around my home, keeping my own place clean &gleaming with shine. By doing jobs in and around your home, in between working, you maintain the clean&gleam, within your home, so that at the end of the day, you can enjoy your environment.
