Once upon a time:

Meet Anna, who is a mother, wife, sister, daughter, and employee of four different companies. These companies are in the same city as Anna, Auckland, New Zealand. Anna is very skilled and has a lot of knowledge to share, with the health industry, finance, tech, and business world, meaning that during any week, she is working in and out of all of these offices, as well as working from home. This is where her problem is. When does she encounter her problems, during the day, 5 days of the week.

And every day:

Anna and her husband, Brian (who works longer hours than Anna to support the family), get up before their children (3 daughters and a son) and have some quiet time ( they talk about how their family time will go after they both finish work for the day, while both have their first cup of aromatic tea for the day) before Anna has to attend to the children and get them off to school and daycare. After dropping her children off at their respective places, Anna checks her emails from her iPhone while sitting in her car to see who needs help and where. She discovers that her first port of call is not until 11 am (that is 2 hours total) that day so realizes that she has enough time to go home, get some breakfast down her, and do a tidy up of these areas of her home, the bedroom, bathroom, and the kitchen, even though she feels frustrated at her efforts because she is running on adrenaline to get things done and never knows where to start, so just does the same things, over and over again (bed, bath, and kitchen), and does the rest sometime later, even though she does not have a plan to progress through her constant tiredness from the hours she works, where she works, the travel and family commitments, that causes her to experience constant anxiety and overwhelm. On top of being on her iPhone for work, she is also on her phone looking to get help for herself – but she does not know what she wants and as a result, is unable to describe to anyone what she needs to succeed. So like the people that she works for, keeps scrolling and searching the internet for instant relief from the constant headache in her head of wanting to succeed.

Until, on day:

Each of the companies that Anna works for calls her into the offices to inform her that because of her family commitments (her bosses feel that she has worked hard enough to earn this) she has been given permission to work more from home and less from the office. While this thrills Anna to pieces, she still has a problem of knowing how to progress with a plan that will work while she is working and for when she is not working, as well as something concrete that she can repeat, not feel so drained at the end, and that she can get her family on board as well, such as her husband doing something on his way out and then back in again, and her children as well, rather than her running herself ragged just because she has more time on her hands to complete all of the work that needs doing. This problem causes her to now feel more anxious and overwhelm.

And because of that:

Anna’s overwhelm is out of control, because of her emotions and her environment. Anna wants so much to achieve day-to-day. She looks at what she has in the kitchen that she uses to cook and cater – that she now needs to clean, along with the bathroom that needs a cleaning, the unmade beds, with sheets that need cleaning, shopping to buy to feed her and her family, other laundry, vacuuming, mopping the floors and having a budget that she does not blow, but instead making her spending so on point that she is now able to save because of the little time traveling and instead completing tasks for both her professional and personal life by being around home on more of a day to day basis.

And because of this:

Anna wants to now know how to be able to achieve, so she has a new mission, which is, instead of just scrolling for the sake of getting some mental and emotional relief, but finding someone who can help her resolve her issues above, such as cleaning, having a budget, telling her how they monitor and manage money and their mental health. Anna discovers knowingandability – which as she learns is about a concept an idea, that being if you are not very good with planning, then step and strategize while being mindful of your mental health as you learn to live your life differently.

Until finally:

Anna achieves, by first focusing on her mental health so that she is in a good head space to accept knowing the steps and strategies to be able to achieve by learning how through a guide and learning support in which she gets access to through email, by subscribing to a place for people. This is where the education begins. Content all throughout the week, and year, but because guidance, home help, and learning support is required, then an upgrade is needed.

And ever since that day:

Anna now knows and is able to achieve all that she wants and needs to, by being mindful of her mental health while learning when, why, and how to take the necessary actions, so that all is good, first in her head and then with her hands, starting and finishing in her home.
