A case of clean
Since the beginning of time, man (and woman) have come together to live, procreate and as a result, of that, become parents who would form a family that would exist under the same roof. And, within that, men, women and the family (the children born), would not only be under the same roof, but under the ceiling.
But, what happens, when you discover the roof (ceiling) you are cohabitation under, become black with, mold? And how do you establish where it has come from? In this story, I am going to talk to you about a normally white ceiling.
As you can see, in the photo to the right of your screen, the ceiling is not the white colour, it should be. It has tinges of black, that have appeared. Now, this property is being rented, yes, by me, and when the attention of the owners was called upon, I was so grateful, as no blame game was played out here: ie: what I was not doing and needed to.
The discussion was around water leakage? Notice, no blame? yeaah. And my answer was no. but this got me thinking, how would the ceiling have gotten like this? And my answer there is an on suite ( a bathroom) off this room, which is a bedroom. And that is the part that I am referring to when humans ( at the start of the study) live in situations like this. And the other part of the problem, for me is that the sun struggles to get into that room because of the positioning of the house and the neighbours house next door. Not enough dry, with the sun coming in to warm and make good. But instead cold, wet and damp.
Discussion was on, finding a way forward for this fortress, to which, because of what I knew, from experience, that a clean was the best solution, and again I am glad and grateful, that I got the go ahead to organise, with some help to, clean the ceiling of this fortress.

Fit/ fantastic female, finding
Welcome, it is about starting and continuing with being a fit and fantastic female. This journey of being a fit fantastic female, started out as an Idea from inspiration that I got when I went overseas to see family for Christmas. Fantastic female would be a community cause that helps other women to be just that.
Fantastic females starting with their wardrobes to the work they do, which is centred around giving and doing, to their well being. So four videos will be available, where I discuss all about being fit/fantastic and what it has meant to start Coolchic.club.

Coolchic.club is about encompassing a range of concepts, that enable a female (woman) to feel cool and as a result take action on that.
Formating
These concepts start with her and her fashion, her favourite clothes and clothes that help her complete tasks that help her at some point in her day, sit back and enjoy her environment. With technology being as it is (the internet), being invited to be involved in learning in today’s world is easy.
Concepts
A device, a willingness to do, from being directed and distractions eliminated: are the goals behind the gate for females. Each walk and talk I do, I talk about different concepts on being cool, and what I have learned about myself, about others, how to deal with such people while undertaking and building a business around what being cool means to me. I am aware that there is a lot of teaching on fitness leading to fantastic.
What I do is talk about what I do, how, when and why: the answer to always be cool.

Having to be committed to carrying out tasks on each of the business working days, when you are either working your business or working someone else’s business, will always have your time limited, especially when you want to keep up a fitness schedule.

Getting out and about, is important.
Whatever your schedule, it is always important to have some time for a walk and a wonder around, while keeping safe. This is good for your mental health as well as your general health, because of your overall awareness and attitude to action. This starts with the right attire, that is comfortable, and accessories, the right bag, for your person. Having this accessory, will ignite your desire to dance (pardon the pun) walk or wonder around, and it is simple, you can hold items such as your purse, phone, and keys for when you need them.
And the best place for such items, is across your person. While you are out walking and wondering, you will want hands free, for comfort while getting exercise, and just in case you need to head into the grocery store.
