Education is about knowing and being able with the learning of literacy, numeracy, speech and skill ability – it is all about doing

Literacy and language development: What do you do when you do not know and do not feel confident with your ability to find the right words to say? First, you make it your mission to learn about literacy and how this forms into language. Then, you develop something from the alphabet.

Language development through speaking: Once you know one thing, you then move onto the next thing, and that is speaking. The best and only way really to make this happen, is to think of a topic that matters to you, and find the words that back you up.

Speaking from knowing about forming words from the alphabet: As you speak about what matters to you, carefully think about what you are saying, so as to make sure that you are saying what it is you need to say. Remember, it is about your knowing and ability.

Accelerating as a result of being able with your education: Education encompasses a range of topics and disciplines. Knowing and ability, is about talking about these things, and the disciplines relate to what matters and why it matters, and you know what, quite a few things matter, that knowing and ability talks about, and it is all around an education where mental health and learning have a relationship.

Why your happiness is your responsibility.

Why your happiness is your responsibility.

I know it’s hard not to feel down and out, but when you do something, you do not feel so depressed.

It was a Monday, just like any other Monday. The day began, went on, and then ended. However, what made this Monday worth talking about, is the way the day started, and that was the day or the weather, which compels you to want to get outside and get amongst it.

It was meant to be teeming with rain all day, that did not happen. Instead, the day, because it was summer, was nice, fine, and hot. This was the starting point in which I knew I was able to hopefully make all of the good stuff happen. But I had to move fast.

I had to juggle finishing the two things that I was doing before I could make the most of this wonderful day. And then, making the most of the fine weather. Doing this made me happy.

Heading out.

Now, I have to mention here that everything that I do is based upon me, managing my matters, by first jotting it down, in pieces, what have to do. This is so, at the end of the day, I will feel a sense of happiness. Because of what I have achieved.

So next, was the walk and then some self-care. When I walk, it is not rushed, it is just a walk. And because I do not walk fast, it takes time. This, however, does not bother me. And the best part is when someone says hi. We are all worthy of someone acknowledging our presence in this world. Sometimes this makes the walks easier to do.

Self-care for me comes in the form of continuously taking care of my mental, physical and emotional health. As I continued on with my doing, on this day, the time had ticked on and I noticed outside, that it was raining. As I reflected on my day and thought of all of the things that I had managed to do that were not planned, I was pleased with myself, with what I had achieved. It was here at this point that I had realized the statement “Your happiness is your responsibility”,  is true. It is your individual actions (that are positive) that result in your life accelerating forward – and you being happy at the end of each day. Like I was, with myself.

From Overwhelm to Overcome: How to Get Unstuck and Take Positive Action Steps Towards Lasting Change

Feeling overwhelmed is an all too common occurrence for entrepreneurs. It can be tough to see a way out when we feel stuck. But it is possible to move from a state of overwhelm to a state of overcome. It starts with taking action steps, however small, that will lead to lasting change.

1. Knowing what events make you feel overwhelmed is key to overcoming overwhelm.

What are the things that tend to lead you into a state of overwhelm? Once you know what they are, you can start to put systems in place that will help you avoid or better manage them.

2. Break down your tasks into time frames goals into small, manageable steps.

When you have a big goal that seems impossible to achieve, it can be helpful to break it down into smaller goals that you can complete. Not only will this help you avoid feeling overwhelmed, but it will also give you a sense of accomplishment as you check items off your list.

3. Turn your goals into small, steps.

One of the best ways to progress on a goal is to set aside time each day to work on it. Even if it’s just 30 minutes, this dedicated time will help you stay focused and make progress.

4. As you are moving between steps have strategies in place, so that you progress.

When you are feeling overwhelmed, it can become easy to want to go it alone. But there’s no shame in asking for help when you need it. Whether it’s hiring someone to help you with a specific task or just talking it out about what you are feeling, getting support can make all the difference

Conclusion

If you are feeling overwhelmed, know that there are steps you can take to move forward. By getting help with identifying what triggers you, to learning how to break down your goal into steps,  you will be on your way to making lasting changes in your life.

Why eating breakfast is good for your mind (mental health) body (helps you to move with ease when you need to) and your soul to see you through.

Today’s talking and teaching, on what matters, is this: Why eating breakfast is good for you. Do you have breakfast, each morning?

1 – Eat breakfast, as it is good for your mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health and wellbeing.

2 – Explore as you eat, as going through this learning about yourself, will help you to realize what food you are willing to buy and eat, which will help to see you through.

Eat breakfast, as it is good for your mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health and wellbeing.

Picture this, you have woken up, and you know that the day’s conditions are perfect for doing a load of laundry that you just have to sort and then spin in the washing machine. Not related … but hear me out, I am getting there. Are you still with me? Good! So, once you have sorted out the laundry, it is time to load your body up with breakfast. Such as what you see in the photo above: fruit, along with some toast and a cuppa of something, (such as tea or coffee). Now, to maintain good health and wellbeing, make it your goal, as I do mine, to eat breakfast as your laundry is being washed. This is what will help you with my teaching point number one.

Explore as you eat, as going through this learning about yourself, will help you to realize what food you are willing to buy and eat, which will help to see you through.

There is a reason that the fruit you are seeing, is there, especially the bananas. This is because not only are they not expensive to buy, but if you pick carefully enough, you can get a bunch (of bananas) that look appetizing, so you will eat them, but that same bunch, (hint count to the 7 days) will save you time and money, as you will have fruit to last you up to a week! (Seven days). By engaging yourself with this learning, about you, managing your overwhelm will be easy.

You will know where to start. With the fruit (like the bananas) that you like the most. The next thing to explore is to see what those around you eat and see if they are open to sharing. If and when they are, take the opportunity to learn about the different types of fruit there is possible. Such as the other fruit you see on the plate, like the apple, the grapes, and the lemon. For example, I like eating the slice of lemon, (that always comes with the sushi) I can buy from the local sushi shop. And even though not there, I also like to slice a pear into quarters. These things I learned about myself, (like a kid) through exploration. And again, like with the bananas, count the days that you think you are likely to eat the fruit. For example, I go for four days, and 6 days.

By knowing where to start, with breakfast, you are giving your brain the food (such as breakfast) it needs to help you think and do (the small action steps). When you take small action steps,  overwhelm will be overcome.

More clarity in completing tasks.

So to recap today’s talk on what matters:

Eat breakfast, as it is good for your mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health, and well-being.

Explore as you eat, as going through this learning about yourself, will help you to realize what food you are willing to buy and eat, which will help to see you through.

Why-doing-your-laundry-at-any-old-time-is-stopping-you-from-overcoming-overwhelm-and-what-to-do-about-it/

Today’s talk on what matters is about, moving some of your laundry to the washing machine.  How often do you do your laundry? Do you leave the basket until you have run out of clothes, and then panic? Where do you put your laundry once the machine has washed it?

That mess is causing your mental health and learning to suffer – but have no fear, once you know how you will be able to excel! There are reasons why doing your laundry at any old time is causing you to feel overwhelm and you are not learning how to get the laundry done. Today I am going to dive (pardon the pun), into what to do and why:

1 – You have to monitor the weather

2 – You have to prioritize what matters to you as to what you need to learn to do.

You have to monitor the weather

When I say this, it may sound silly, but there is a reason why there is a weather segment, possibly on every news channel in the world! And, you may not realize this, but have you noticed, whenever you speak to someone you know (say a friend or family, or other.)

Mental health Monday is about monitoring your movements so that managing your mental health is not hard.

And when you are ready to learn the step and strategy I talk about in my video,  I employ, that helps me find success, simply upgrade.

Why it is essential that you create a wicked wardrobe that you will actually wear

Today’s talking and teaching point is this: Creating a wicked wardrobe that you will actually wear, but what does that mean at the individual level, to learn about that will move your mental health from overwhelm to overcome. The kind of wardrobe each of us wants, and how we each achieve this will look different, but today I am going to talk about the things that I do, in steps, that help me to flow and not feel so overwhelmed with life.

Now, before we dive into dressing you, I am going to make this clear that there are a few things to learn because when you do not know, you are not able to flow through the day with ease.

Let us start with your underwear.

By working with the fact that there are 7 days in the week, only you will know what type and style of underwear will help you maintain good mental health. By learning what is out there (for purchase), and then narrowing your options down to look (you are after) and then price, (sometimes, by buying in bulk) you save money. So let’s go back to the 7 day fact, and double this, (for when you are away from home. You will feel less overwhelmed knowing that you have clean clothes waiting for you at home, should you wish to change.

Bra’s, singlets, and camisoles

I am going to stay with the fact that there are seven days in the week, but help you to be able to understand that once you have worn your clothes for a few hours (let’s say 4), you will want to put these clothes out to be washed. This is so you continue to feel good so that you can continue to flow through your day. Your bras, singlets, and camisoles are the important ones, as they are the closest to your body, and will therefore develop an odor.

And the last thing, the fit, so that you feel fantastic, as often as possible.

If there is one thing that I have learned from my fashion disasters, is that you have to desire to do in your clothes. From lounging at home to going on holiday. So that you can work on the next thing. Having fun with your life.
