Goals and getting tasks done
Just about everything that you will do with your life, will be about your goals and being able to get them done. And the good thing about this is that you can incorporate a few different tasks together. Because completion is about being organized, moving your body, to being mindful about exercise and self-care.
All of these things, start in your fortress. Your goals for the day and getting those goals ticked off can start in the morning, starting with breakfast. Your knowing that this is an important step to take and ability to take the time to purchase and then prepare will make not only make taking action a little easier but better, with some food and fluid inside of your body.
And as an end result of you having had breakfast, and your favorite hot beverage, the bathroom (yes I said that) will call your name. This is all good stuff. If your goal for the end of each day is the desire to constantly feel good, (that is a good goal, by the way) then that is going to mean that you will need to listen to what your body (and mind) are telling you.
Not eating all the time, for one thing. But instead, each time you eat and drink, make it a goal to complete a task or two that you have set yourself to do. By working your life, this way, you are working toward your goals being ticked off and you are getting tasks done.
When the day is done, can you look back and say to yourself, achieved that goal, of getting that task done. To add to that, think and know if and when the next time that goal and task needs to be revisited? Because it will be the in-between in which you will want to set yourself a new goal and new tasks that go with that goal.

Your knowing and ability is about you being able to value learning and achieve success
Can you put a price on education? Well, that depends on whether you value education and how much? There are a few ways in which you can access education, and along with this are the price tags that enable you to do such a thing. And there are questions in which you need to ask yourself before your learning begins. There is also another element to this and that is, what is it that you are wanting to learn? And do you have to go anywhere? These days with the evolution of the internet, learning can happen anywhere anytime, which is why knowing and ability is a digital coaching place.
Books, videos, audio, programs, and presentations, this one is my favorite, because you can learn a lot and give a lot. This one is about the feedback to the host on how the learning went for you. I also like workshops because of the free stuff (and who does not like free stuff?) I think that it is safe to say that we all do?

Although I speak of mental health issues and the inability to learn at a good pace, knowing and ability, is actually about helping women overcome the overwhelm they feel. This is because I know (my knowing) how this feels to be in such a rut that you do not know and therefore are not able to roll forward and overcome your pain point.

On holiday, what to do, so that you can love you, and you can relax repeat and feel sweet
Going on holiday? How exciting….Do you know what you will do, to get you through. Here are some ideas…these ideas will help you to know you, so that when going on holiday again, you can repeat and feel sweet that you have done a good thing for you.
Place: Know where you are going, and why will help you to love you. When you know and are able to de stress, diving in and doing it in the right place, will alleviate the internal pressure for you going forward.
Price: What you are going to buy? It does not matter what you buy, what does matter, is how much you are willing to pay to get the product, or stay somewhere.
Practical: Have things that are of use to you. This one is of a high must. Taking action on this will help you relax and repeat. This starts with what you pack in you bag, to the the form of transport that you will use to get there and while you are there.
peaceful: Being in a situation where you know what you like and are able to action this, will help you be at peace with yourself, and stay calm when others around you are not.

As I write this post, I have had a lesson in learning about my connection to
myself and how I manage my mental and emotional health. How I learned about myself and managing myself, has been through a series of road trips with different people, with whom I was spending time with, but with all of those times, this realisation didn’t actually occur for me simply because I was focused outward rather than inward. I will explain:
Stress instead of smiling at the thought of a road trip- Out of all of the interactions, all of them had one or people who were the cause of my stress, but because we were about to get in the car and go somewhere, my focus turned inward to how was was managing me and working on not talking but breathing deeply and slowly in and then out. So if and when you read that it is important to spend time with those who are genuine with being with you, rather than cause you stress, believe it as it is true.
Calm and comfort – while coping with anxiety – I have learned that I absolutely love road trips. And what I love about them is not only talk time, but time for laughter, sharing, caring and some quiet time. Because, just as it is important to have talk time, it is also important for people living with mental health and learning disability, to have quiet time to just listen and be, and enjoy the scenery.
Comfort, and quieting the overwhelm – when you make it your mission, while on a road trip, to not only talk, but enjoy what is outside the window or look around you, and just stay quiet, the overwhelm within you will fade as you enjoy the scenery, as the world challenges you, to look closely at it. Your problems do not fade, but you have made an memory for yourself for the day.
Managing mental health and the emotional overwhelm – Because people who live with mental health issues have overwhelm going on to, you get to a point in your life and your learning, to realise that you just have to keep going, despite the spite of others. Mental health and emotional overwhelm go together, and by focusing inward rather than outward,

4 different actions, in an order that you can take to help with your health and wellbeing
Without a good nights sleep, to move you out of bed to have a good breakfast, because being well in general is important. To aide in this order, have some sort of clock near you. For this to happen, put a table or drawers by your bed, this way, you can see the time ticking over, to make a plan to pursue a path that brings pleasure for your health and well being. And there are different ways in which to do this. This means taking time out from what normal looks like to you, but doesn’t mean that some of life’s must do’s get neglected:
Taking a walk – If taking a walk, is important to you, then finding a way to incorporate this into your day is something worth doing, such as when your shopping needs to be done.
Get into some water – I have recently discovered “why” I like enjoying and relaxing in a spa bath. There is something about heat and the body, that brings about comfort and connection to ourselves.
Consume some water – Depending on how you feel after being in water, drinking some water will also be a good thing for you as you are rehydrating and resetting your body.
Eat something that you find wonderful – If you feel in the mood, always try and go for vegetables as part of your evening meal. During the next 24 hours, your body will start to break down all of everything that you have eaten. This helps your body function well. The vegetables that you eat each night acts as compost for your body internally, and along with drinking water, you will feel wonderful.

Do you know and are you able to talk about what matters to you? Doing this is how you discover about you and the action to take.
Knowing: – Politics, education, eco friendly, the eco system and more. Knowing the topics that matter to you, helps you to engage in meaningful conversation, be yourself, which in turn makes you cool. We live in a world, where we can do this (talk and text through technology) it is good, but it has its place, and that is knowing not to be rude to others, that, get some shopping delivered, instead of going for a walk, and the the other thing, rather than engaging in things ( things being productive, purposeful and guided activities that actually matter to you.
ability: Lets take politics, there are and I think possibly will always be social issues somewhere in the world, about something. At the end of the day, these issues, if we know they matter to us, to do something (ability) about how we feel, and learn all we need to about the issue.
Conversation: Which brings to me to the issue of having conversations about things, (the topics above for instance) with those who you feel you can have a conversation with. I have concluded that there are 7 elements (I talk about these in my article to action) , to having a meaningful, heart felt, belly ached through laughing, conversation. And, my friend, it can all start with one person, that being you. Have one, a conversation that is, with everyone and everywhere. But before you do, make a quite internalised judgement call, about whether or not to proceed with this person.
And remember to always work at keeping the conversation going, if it matters to you. It is about your knowing and ability to call again.
