It’s about, fit and fantastic:

go for both, outside your fortress

For as long as I can remember, I have always loved to tend to the lawns, hedges, weeds and garden. Now, I know what you are thinking? Why? When you can possibly pay for it and do something else, that you probably enjoy more. And to that I say: Internal and external therapy:

I even had paid employment as a result of what others (people who would employ me) were seeing me “doing- in a day”. This became good therapy, and still is, long after the paid went back to not paid, through doing.

And here is how that looks in action

Fit- Plan, what day will work.

For example. where I currently live, rubbish day is a Tuesday, so for me, it is a choice between one of two days. And this is also dependent on what else I have going on. Doing on either one of these days, enables me to look forward, to how my fortress outside will look and backward on my “day of doing”, through the exercise I had, and how much the birds seem to like what I have done as well. My connection to me, through exercise and with nature as well. Internal therapy: how I feel before, during and after. External therapy: Proud of my productivity. I did the doing, with purpose.

Fantastic:  Monitor all waste you are generating:

Something to note for yourself, is not to rush this activity. Take as long as needed, and keep an eye on the weather. You do not want rain! Not for the duration, anyway, you want that after, so as to help nourish what you have just done. And when mowing the lawn, work with a catcher, always. This helps you to monitor the mess and where you are at.

How the mess, you are generating, is being disposed of on the property you live.

Once upon a time, and even over the years, when the only choice at the time, was to pay for the service, to which I did, I was always disappointed. Even though I could see, that the service person had all of the correct products and equipment with them, afterwards, upon doing a walk about of the property, it seemed that for some reason, utilizing what resources they had properly was not exercised. By this, I mean, a mess was always left.

The property was not as I would have liked it to be. What you can see, here, are lawn clippings to the side of the driveway, that have not been taken away.

So, from this I learned, that it is in the detail, through the same repeated steps, a day of doing.
