Mental Monday
Its the beginning of the week, and right now it may be feel like it will be a long one. late nights, cleaning to be gleaming, on a daily basis, a list to be able to live by, so that you can enjoy your environment even on early mornings, and the late nights. Frustrating situations, and that is just your working environment!
Lets say, you are someone who likes to start the week of with a workout, and then when your are on your way to work- you want to stay in good spirits, because your mental health matters to you.
This keeps you in a good state that you want more of a connection because your mind matters, and all of this helps you to feel okay.
When you feel okay, this will motivate you to want to be sociable and be among people who also have this mindset, because you are talking about what matters, and that is your learning.
