- It was around my eighth birthday when I first had the desire to create and then deliver a variety of quality support services (around teaching and learning). So I began study at University. Two in the end, because I moved city. Now here is the thing that I want you to understand, because at the time, I didn’t. Teaching others is all about planning. Planning what you will teach, why, how, where and when. I don’t get planning – planning is not my strength. Not until I get stepping and strategizing. I get stepping and strategizing, as that is how I have learned to get through each day. Is planning your problem too? If it is, then listen up: this is my next question (and message for you): Do you know how to step and strategize so that you have the ability to achieve?
