Goals and getting tasks done

Just about everything that you will do with your life, will be about your goals and being able to get them done. And the good thing about this is that you can incorporate a few different tasks together. Because completion is about being organized, moving your body, to being mindful about exercise and self-care.

All of these things, start in your fortress. Your goals for the day and getting those goals ticked off can start in the morning, starting with breakfast. Your knowing that this is an important step to take and ability to take the time to purchase and then prepare will make not only make taking action a little easier but better, with some food and fluid inside of your body. And as an end result of you having had breakfast, and your favorite hot beverage, the bathroom (yes I said that) will call your name. This is all good stuff. If your goal for the end of each day is the desire to constantly feel good, (that is a good goal, by the way) then that is going to mean that you will need to listen to what your body (and mind) are telling you. Not eating all the time, for one thing. But instead, each time you eat and drink, make it a goal to complete a task or two that you have set yourself to do. By working your life, this way, you are working toward your goals being ticked off and you are getting tasks done. When the day is done, can you look back and say to yourself, achieved that goal, of getting that task done. To add to that, think and know if and when the next time that goal and task needs to be revisited? Because it will be the in-between in which you will want to set yourself a new goal and new tasks that go with that goal.
